Jeremy Fenske

Jeremy Fenske is a Traverse City-based real estate agent with Brick & Corbett and REMAX Bayshore. He serves buyers, sellers, relocating families, and investors throughout Northern Michigan, with particular expertise in downtown Traverse City and the Heights District, where he lives.

In his first three years in real estate, Jeremy closed more than 100 buyer and seller sides totaling over $32.6 million in sales. He works across price points, helping clients buy and sell primary residences, pursue investment properties, and uncover off-market opportunities.

Jeremy especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers. He understands that buying a home can feel both exciting and overwhelming, so he takes the time to answer questions, explain what to expect, and remain by his clients’ side throughout the process. He also enjoys introducing clients who are new to Northern Michigan to the communities, neighborhoods, and local experiences that make the region feel like home.

Jeremy’s proactive approach to finding the right property sets him apart. When a client wants to live in a particular area, he does not limit the search to homes currently listed for sale. Jeremy looks beyond the active market, builds connections, and searches for off-market possibilities that may be the right match. His goal is not simply to wait for an opportunity to appear, but to actively pursue it on his client’s behalf.

Before entering real estate, Jeremy taught science to students in grades 6 through 12 and coached track and cross-country. That experience strengthened his ability to listen patiently, explain complicated information clearly, and keep his clients’ needs at the center of every decision.
